PROFESSOR OLUSEGUN YEROKUN
Professor Olusegun Yerokun is the consultant to the firm. He has been in academics for about three decades. As a professor of law and a four-time dean of faculty of law at Lagos State University, he is an authority in the areas of insurance law, the law of contracts, and commercial law, especially in the area of the sale of goods and hire purchase law. Professor Yerokun has published works on Contract, Sales of goods, Hire purchase and Insurance law He is a member of the editorial board of the Nigerian Revenue Law Report. He is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. Prof Yerokun has delivered several papers on insurance and company law and other areas, and he is also an author and contributor to several texts on this area of law.
LUQMAN OLOKO
Managing partner in the firm. He was called to bar in 1993 after which he joined the firm of Laniyan, Akintunde & Ibrahim from which he moved to the firm of Burke & Co one of the oldest Law firm in the country, established in 1952. He has diverse experience in corporate company law and practices, especially in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, banking law, property law, insurance, and general legal work in connection with conveyance and investigative services, and has attended several seminars and conferences on related matters.

Senior partner in the firm, practiced in the firm of Yejide Sodipo & Co a firm that specializes in admiralty law and marine cargo claims. He obtained an LLM degree in Oil & Gas Law from the world-renowned CEPMLP - Centre for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland, and he was admitted as solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1998. He practiced for several years in England and rose to be a partner in the firm of Salfiti & Co Solicitors. Wole is experienced in all aspects of oil & gas law, admiralty law, project finance, investment, and international citizenship solutions, and he is widely consulted for his expertise in this field. He is the company secretary for oil exploration companies, including Dutchford Exploration and production Ltd. He is a member of the International Bar Association and a member of the Energy Institute London.
